Build Quality

• Frame: Reinforced powder-coated alloy steel for rust resistance and structural longevity.
• Weave: Hand-woven PE rattan (UV-stabilised and weather-resistant) in Arctic Grey.
• Glass: 5mm toughened tempered safety glass.
• Cushions: High-density foam with 15cm back cushion thickness and water-repellent, removable, machine-washable polyester covers.

Rattan Care
To maintain the Arctic Grey finish, we recommend cleaning the rattan with a soft cloth and mild soapy water once per season. Avoid using a pressure washer or abrasive chemicals.

Cushion Preservation
While our fabrics are water-repellent, we recommend storing the cushions in a dry, ventilated area during the winter or prolonged wet weather to maintain their loft and colour. Covers are removable and machine washable at 30°C.

Winter Protection
We advise using a tailored garden furniture cover during the off-season to protect the weave and tempered glass from frost and debris.

The Delivery Process
This grand 7-piece set is a substantial collection (108 kg) and is dispatched via our specialist heavy-goods courier. Deliveries are typically completed within 1 to 4 working days to UK mainland addresses.

Multi-Box Arrival
Your order will arrive in three separate cartons. Please note that while we aim for all boxes to arrive together, they may occasionally be delivered in separate windows on the same day.

Assembly Guidance
This set is delivered flat-packed for safety during transit. It is designed for straightforward home assembly. We recommend two people for the assembly of the expanding table and larger sectional pieces (approx. 3 hours total build time). All required tools and an architectural assembly guide are included.
