1. Delivery Areas We offer tracked delivery across the United Kingdom. Please note that certain remote areas (including parts of the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Offshore Islands) may incur a shipping surcharge or experience longer delivery times.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

• Order Processing: 1–2 business days.

• Estimated Delivery: Most furniture items are delivered within 3–5 business days.

• High-Ticket Items: For larger architectural items (Pergolas/Dining Sets), our specialist courier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to arrange a suitable delivery window.

3. Fulfilment To ensure the fastest possible delivery, your order may be dispatched directly from our specialist fulfilment partner, Aosom.

4. Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery's progress in real-time.
