Lusso Home & Garden: Returns & Refunds

At Lusso Home & Garden, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. As a UK-based business, we adhere to the Consumer Contracts Regulations, providing you with a high standard of protection.

1. Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, please contact our concierge team at hello@lussohomegarden.co.uk.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original, unassembled condition and in their original packaging.

For furniture items that have been partially or fully assembled, we may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced.

3. Return Shipping

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Due to the size and weight of many of our architectural items, return shipping costs can be significant. We recommend using a tracked, "heavy-goods" courier service.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

5. Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfilment centre, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
