How long will my order take to arrive? 

We know that when the British sun is shining, you want your garden ready immediately. We offer a rapid 2-5 working day delivery timeframe for all mainland UK orders. All orders are processed swiftly and dispatched via our specialist logistics network.

Can I leave my Lusso furniture outside all year round?

Yes. Our collections are explicitly engineered for the British climate. We use premium, UV-resistant PE rattan and rust-proof aluminium frames designed to withstand the elements. However, to prolong the absolute pristine condition of your suite, we highly recommend using a tailored, breathable winter cover during the harsher months.

Are the cushions fully waterproof?

Our luxury cushions feature a showerproof coating designed to repel light summer drizzle and accidental drink spills. However, they are not designed to be left out in heavy or prolonged rain. We advise bringing the cushions indoors or storing them in a watertight cushion box when not in use.

Does the furniture require assembly?

The majority of our lounge and modular seating is delivered fully assembled or requires only minimal attachment of legs or modular clips. Dining tables, fire pits, and our large architectural shade structures (such as gazebos and cantilever parasols) will require straightforward assembly. All necessary fittings and clear instructions are included.

Do you have a physical showroom I can visit?

To offer you the highest tier of luxury outdoor living at the most competitive price point, Lusso operates exclusively online. By removing the overheads of an expensive physical showroom, we pass those substantial savings directly back to our clients.

What is your returns policy?
