1. Delivery Zones & Rates
To maintain our signature high standards of delivery, Lusso Home & Garden delivers exclusively to the United Kingdom Mainland.

Scotland & The Highlands:
While we are delighted to offer delivery across Scotland, please note that certain remote Highland and Island postcodes fall outside our standard carrier network. As indicated at checkout, these areas may be subject to a courier surcharge.
The Surcharge Process: If your delivery address falls within a surcharge zone (see list below), our concierge team will contact you within 24 hours of your order to provide a bespoke shipping quote. You will have the option to proceed with the surcharge or receive a full, immediate refund.
Exclusions: We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or BFPO addresses.
2. Dispatch & Lead Times

Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 11:00 AM Monday–Friday are processed for same-day dispatch.

Standard Delivery: Most items arrive within 2–5 working days.

Signature Required: Due to the high value of our collections, a signature is required upon delivery for all furniture sets and large architectural items.

For transparency, the following postcodes are typically subject to carrier surcharges:

4. Track Your Journey
Once your order has been dispatched from our partner boutique, you will receive a Lusso Dispatch Confirmation email containing your unique tracking reference. This allows you to monitor your delivery's progress in real-time.
Returns & Boutique Guarantee
We want you to be delighted with your Lusso purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a piece may not be the perfect fit for your space.
1. The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hello@lussohomegarden.co.uk.
2. Conditions of Return
To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition.
Important Note: As garden furniture is substantial in size and weight, we cannot accept returns for items that have been partially or fully assembled. Please inspect all components before beginning assembly.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: For non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Due to the specialist nature of furniture logistics, we recommend using a tracked, insured courier service.

Damaged or Faulty Items: While we take every precaution, if an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a priority replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 working days.
